The Dartmouth women's track and field team wrapped up their weekend at the George Davis Invitational at UMass Lowell and at the Virginia Challenge on Saturday.
GEORGE DAVIS INVITATIONAL
Anoush Krafian had a huge lifetime best in the long jump with a jump of 5.56m, taking fourth. Krafian later hit the track and won the 100m hurdles with a time of 14.36, just .02 off her personal best.
Madyson Buchalski threw for a PR of 36.04m in the javelin.
Maeve Conneely took second in the high jump with a jump of 1.60m, just shy of her personal best.
Cori Hoffer won the 200m dash with a time of 25.42.
Madaket Nobili beat her PR in the 1500m by nine seconds, winning the event with a time of 4:27.36, putting her eighth in the Ivy League standings. The Big Green had five runners in the top-10 in the 1500m, led by Nobili in first,
Julia Robitaille in fourth with a PR of 4:41.5, followed by
MaryGrace Rittler (6
th),
Emily Levonas (7
th), and
Steph Finley (9
th).
The Big Green went 1-2-3 in the 5000m lead by
Madeleine Locher with a time of 16:48.73 followed by
Natalie Shapiro (17:16.35) and
Caroline Livingston (17:27.42).
VIRGINIA CHALLENGE
Arianna Gragg finished seventh in the 800m in her outdoor debut, crossing the finish line in 2:09.56.
Bella Pietrasiewicz ran a collegiate best 2:12.38 in the 800m.
Joy Enaohwo was just shy of her PR in the 200m, finishing in 25.12 in a highly competitive field.
Julia Reglewski was the top Dartmouth finisher in the shot put, taking 14
th with a mark of 14.40m in a very competitive throws competition.
The Big Green will head to the Penn Relays on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday of next week while also competing at the UMass Pre-Conference meet on Saturday.
