HANOVER, N.H. – Bobby Clark Head Coach of Men's Soccer
Bo Oshoniyi today has announced the team's 2022 schedule which will see Dartmouth play nine games at Burnham Field.
"We are excited about our 2022 fall schedule as it is much more balanced than last year with eight away matches and nine home matches," said Oshoniyi. "We looked to schedule some teams that traditionally Dartmouth has not played in the past. I know our guys will be excited and ready for the challenge in the fall!"
The Big Green open the season with a trip to the Canadian border as they take on Niagara and Canisius. It will be the first time since 1987 that Dartmouth takes on Niagara and 1996 that they faced Canisius.
They open their home slate with two straight home games as they play host to LIU on Sept. 10 and UMass on Sept. 13. The Big Green will hit the road to take on UAlbany, a team they defeated 1-0 during the 2021 season. Dartmouth will return to Burnham for a three-game home stand which will pit them against UConn, Division I newcomer Stonehill, and their first Ivy League game of the year against Princeton.
The ensuing four games will include trips to Holy Cross and Penn followed by two games at Burnham against Hartford and Yale before setting up a mid-October showdown with twin-state rival Vermont.
The final four games of the season will see the Big Green host Columbia, away at Cornell, home against Brown, and the regular season finale on Nov. 12 at Harvard.
