CAMBRIDGE, Mass. —
Lexi Dewire and
Brooke Hess of the Dartmouth women's tennis team won two doubles matches on Sunday, the final day of the ITA Regionals at Harvard, to advance to the ITA Super Regionals, which will begin Friday, Oct. 20 at Army West Point.
Dewire and Weber edged Vivian Miller and Nora Lee from Brown before cruising past Fairfield's Lily Malinowski and Francesca Karman.
Katie Weber and
Elizabeth Fahrmeier were also in doubles action on Sunday vying for a Super Regional bid, but fell to Brown's Phoebe Peus and Lindsey Hofflander.
Freshman
Peyton Capuano was Dartmouth's last remaining singles player and fell to Syracuse's Polina Kozyreva in the Round of 16.
The Big Green will compete in the Brown Invitational next weekend before qualifiers head to the ITA Super Regionals the following weekend.
