TAMPA, Fla. — The Dartmouth women's track and field team opened their outdoor season on Friday on the first day of the USF Bulls Invitational at the University of South Florida.
Bridget McNally opened the day with a top 10 finish in the long jump, claiming eighth with a jump of 5.72m. McNally later competed in the 200m dash, finishing with a new PR of 24.81.
Maya Grudman and
Chloe Taylor both cleared 3.50m in the pole vault.
Over in the throws,
Corinne Ahern led the way with a fourth-place finish in the javelin. Ahern threw for a personal best distance of 40.28m.
Competing in the hammer throw for the first time,
Olivia O'Connor finished in 11
th after throwing for a mark of 48.83m.
Julia Reglewski capped the day for the Big Green with a fifth-place finish in shot put. Reglewski threw it a distance of 14.68m.
