HANOVER, N.H. — The No. 11 Dartmouth women's squash team dropped a tough 9-0 final to visiting top-ranked Harvard on Saturday. Within the defeat was a number of close calls, including first-year
Kriti Muthu dropping a hard-fought 3-2 final at No. 8 in a matchup that took 45 minutes to complete.

Muthu won the first game before Harvard's Emma Carney captured the next two, including a 15-13 win in game number 3. But Muthu responded to win 13-11 in game 4. However, Carney captured the win with an 11-1 victory in the fifth and deciding game.

Junior
Maria Clara Ramirez took an early lead at the top position behind a 13-11 win, but the Crimson's Sarah Nghiem responded to take the next three games.

Dartmouth will look to bounce back on Friday when it hosts Amherst at 3:30 p.m. The Big Green also welcome Virginia on Saturday at 2 p.m.
