LAST TIME OUT
The Big Green fell to a tough Boston College squad in the home opener, 5-2, despite a couple standout performances from
Alaana Panu and
Jensin Hall. Panu was 2-for-4 at the plate with a home run and an RBI double. Hall pitched three innings in relief and allowed one hit while striking out six, on top of going 2-for-3 at the plate.

HALL CLIMBS NATIONAL LEADERBOARD
Not many around the nation are striking out hitters like Big Green first-year
Jensin Hall, who ranks second in Division I in strikeouts per seven innings (11.0). In addition to that metric, Hall also leads the Ivy League in total strikeouts (103). She is more than halfway to breaking the program's single-season strikeout record, which is currently held by Kristin Rumley '15 (197 in 2014).
Â
SCOUTING YALE
Off to a 5-1 start in the Ivy League, the Bulldogs opened conference play with a sweep of Harvard. That momentum was quelled by a pair of losses to Boston University, who the Big Green have recently added to the schedule, but Yale now rides the momentum of a series win over Brown, along with a doubleheader sweep of Sacred Heart, into their series in Hanover. Willa Ferrer leads the Bulldog lineup with a .347 batting average and Carolyn Skotz has emerged lately with a .600 average in Ivy League games. Ace Emma Taylor has a team-best 2.85 ERA and has a 7-6 record, having won each of her last two decisions.

SCHEDULE CHANGES
A midweek game, Tuesday, April 2, against Boston University has been added to Dartmouth's schedule. The series finale at Harvard that was postponed on March 24 has been rescheduled to Tuesday, April 9. The game against UMass Lowell, originally scheduled for that date, has been canceled.
Â
HOMESTAND CONTINUES
Following Tuesday's matchup with Boston University, Dartmouth will host Brown for a three-game series beginning Saturday, April 6.
