Six Big Green Receive NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete Honors

HANOVER, N.H. - Six members of the Big Green softball team were named Easton/National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) All-America Scholar-Athletes for their performance in the classroom during the 2023-24 season. The rankings and honors recognize the academic prowess of softball teams across the member schools.

Seniors Kelly Beaupre and Mary Beth Cahalan both received the honor for the fourth time in their careers. In addition, the student-athletes both were recognized as CSC Academic All-District this past season.

Jenna Brown and Rachel McCarroll represent the junior class in the All-America Scholar-Athlete recognition. McCarroll was also tabbed as a CSC Academic All-District athlete.

Underclassman Lauren Ben-Ezra, a sophomore, and Jensin Hall, a first-year, round out the Big Green Scholar-Athlete honors. Hall was named the Ivy League Pitcher of the Year this past season.
