Hesová and Dartmouth 4x400 Earn The Richards Group Athletes of the Week Honors

HANOVER, N.H.—Dartmouth women's ice hockey player Michaela Hesová and Dartmouth men's 4x400 relay team consisting of Bryce Thomas, Liam Murray, LJ Jacobs, and Mason Childers have been named The Richard's Group Athletes of the Week.

Michaela Hesová, Fy., Prague, Czech Republic, Women's Hockey
Over the weekend, Michaela Hesová made 52 total saves, posting a .972 save percentage while only allowing one goal. In Friday's 2-1 victory over Union, Hesová made 26 saves on 27 shots, half of which came in the final frame. Against the Engineers on Saturday, she earned her first shutout of the season, stopping all 26 shots she faced including shutting the door in overtime and the shootout, stopping all three Engineer attempts.

Bryce Thomas, Liam Murray, LJ Jacobs, and Mason Childers highlighted the annual Dartmouth, Yale, and Columbia meet with their performance in the 4x 400. They broke the program record for the event, finishing with a 3:12.59 time in the relay.
