HANOVER, N.H. – Check out all the Big Green teams in action this week!
Men's Soccer – Tuesday, October 21 and Saturday, October 25
The Big Green will wrap up nonconference play Tuesday, traveling to Amherst for an afternoon match with the Minutemen. Dartmouth is 27-9-5 all time against UMass and is riding a high, currently on a two-game win streak thanks to wins over Columbia (2-1) and Yale (1-0). Following Tuesday's match, Dartmouth will return to Burnham Field to continue Ivy League play, hosting the Penn Quakers. The Big Green currently sit in sole possession of third place in the conference standings with three games to play. Dartmouth has played well against Penn in recent years, playing in a close 3-2 match on the road last year and defeating the Quakers 2-0 at home in 2023, serving them their only conference loss of the season. Saturday's game will be Youth Soccer Night; all youth wearing a soccer jersey will receive free admission to the game. The Dartmouth women's soccer team will play its final two road games of the regular season, closing out non-conference play when facing UAlbany on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. On Sunday, the Big Green will travel to New Haven, Conn., to face Yale at 2:00 p.m. You can follow live stats at DartmouthSports.com.
Football – Friday, October 24
Winners of two straight, the Dartmouth football team returns home on Friday to host Columbia in a nationally-televised game on ESPNU. Gametime is set for 6 p.m. The Big Green are fresh off a 30-13 win at Fordham in which they outscored the Rams 24-7 in the second half. The Rams pulled within 16-13 early in the fourth, but Dartmouth quickly answered with two touchdowns to erase any doubt. Dartmouth and Columbia are two of the three teams who shared the Ivy League title last season.
Field Hockey—Friday, October 24 and Sunday October 26
Dartmouth field hockey takes a trip to New York for a pair of matchups. The Big Green takes on Cornell on Friday in Ithaca before taking on Colgate on Sunday. Dartmouth is coming off a 1-2 record last week which included a 4-0 win over Holy Cross. The trio of Ella Bowman, Lucia Campano, and Amelie Luessmann are tied for the team lead with four goals. Bowman leads the team with 13 points while Campano had nine points this season. Ava Carlson has started 13 games for the Big Green and has a 2.59 goals against average with a .680 save percentage along with 51 saves. The Big Green have three games remaining in the regular season.
Women's Hockey – Friday, October 24 and Saturday, October 25
The Big Green opened the 2025-26 season on the road last weekend, taking on Holy Cross. Dartmouth fell to the Crusaders in both games but will return to Thompson Arena for the first time this season, kicking off ECAC Hockey play. Dartmouth is 15-24-3 all time against the Raiders, last earning a win in 2015. The last time the Big Green faced off against the Big Red was in January, also at Thompson, posting a 2-2 tie with a team that was then ranked No. 6. Women's Tennis – Friday, October 24, Saturday, October 25, and Sunday, October 26
This weekend, the Big Green will travel to Harvard for the Ivy Invite. The tournament will kick off with the round of 32 in singles competition and the round of 16 in doubles. Competition will continue on Saturday with singles and doubles competition as well as back draw singles. Women's Rugby – Saturday, October 25
Women's Rugby will conclude the 2025 15s regular season this weekend, hosting the Brown Bears for Senior Day. The Big Green are coming off a 12-5 loss at Lindenwood last weekend, currently sitting at 4-2 overall. Dartmouth is undefeated all time against the Bears, having won all 14 matchups. The Big Green earned a 47-33 win over Brown last season in Hanover. Saturday's game will also be Senior Day. The team will honor its six seniors with a postgame ceremony. Kickoff is set for 11 a.m., you can watch the game live from Brophy Field or on ESPN+.
Volleyball—Saturday, October 25
Dartmouth volleyball plays just one match this weekend as the Big Green travel to Cambridge to take on Harvard. The Big Green dropped a pair of matches this past weekend after splitting back-to-back weekends of Ivy League play. Senior Kauany Gutz leads Dartmouth with 161 kills while Maddie LaFata is second on the team with 126 kills. The Big Green are third in the Ivy League in digs with 856, EllaMae Fitzgerald leads Dartmouth with 211 digs which is fifth in the Ivy League. Saturday's match against Harvard is set to start at 6 PM and will be streamed on ESPN+.
Open and Women's Sailing – Saturday, October 25 and Sunday, October 26
The open and women's sailing team will close the fall season this weekend, competing at three regattas. The Big Green will compete at the Schell Trophy hosted by MIT, the Urn Trophy hosted by Harvard, and the Nickerson Trophy hosted by Tufts. Dartmouth earned top ten finishes in two of its three regattas last weekend, including second place at the Yale Women's.
Equestrian—Sunday, October 26
Dartmouth equestrian opens the 2025-26 season on Sunday with a matchup against Centenary for the first time in program history. The Big Green are coming off the program's first NCEA Single Discipline National Championship in 2024-25. Cassidy Exner, Samantha Takacs, and Elise Stephens were each All-Americans in 2024-25 and return in 2025-26. Dartmouth added three student-athletes ahead of the season. Head Coach Tenley Walsh enters her fifth season at Dartmouth and was named the NCEA Single Discipline Coach of the Year last season.
