HANOVER, N.H. -- Mike Nelson, the Marjorie & Herbert Chase '30 Director of Dartmouth Track & Field and Cross Country, announced the 2025-26 men's and women's indoor track and field schedule on Thursday.Â
"The track & field coaching staff is excited to announce our 2025-2026 indoor schedule. We've established a competitive schedule that will allow us to build off the success of last season. We have some great opportunities for our student-athletes to compete at the highest level of the NCAA. GO BIG GREEN!" Nelson said.Â
Dartmouth will open its 2025-26 indoor schedule on Friday, Dec. 5, at the HBCU & Ivy Challenge hosted by Harvard. The following day, the Big Green will compete in the Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener at Boston University.
The Big Green returns to Hanover the next weekend, hosting the Dartmouth December Invite from Friday, Dec. 12 to Saturday, Dec. 13. After the holiday break, Dartmouth resumes competition with its final on Saturday, Jan. 10, with the Ivy vs. America East Challenge at Leverone Field House. The Big Green will then travel to New Haven, Conn., on Saturday, Jan. 17, to compete in the annual Dartmouth-Yale-Columbia meet.
On Saturday, Jan. 24, Dartmouth will head to Cambridge for the Gordon Kelly Invite at MIT. The following weekend features a split-squad slate, with some athletes attending the Terrier Classic at Boston University and others competing at the Harvard Invite, both held from Friday, Jan. 30 to Saturday, Jan. 31.
The Big Green will then travel to the New Balance Center on Friday, Feb. 6, to Saturday, Feb. 7, for the Riverhawk Invite.Dartmouth will return to Boston the next weekend for the Valentine Invite at Boston University from Saturday, Feb. 13, to Sunday, Feb. 14, while additional athletes attend Harvard's Crimson Open during the same span.
The Big Green will compete at the BU DMR Challenge on Saturday, Feb. 21, before turning their attention to the postseason. The Ivy League Indoor Track & Field Championships are set for Saturday, Feb. 28, through Sunday, March 1, at the NYC Armory.
Athletes who qualify will advance to the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships, hosted by the University of Arkansas, from Friday, March 13 to Saturday, March 14.
