HANOVER, N.H. – Jen Williams, the Head Coach of Dartmouth Softball, has announced the first-year class of six student-athletes who have joined the Big Green this fall.
"This incoming class is a talented, hardworking group from all corners of the country. We know they'll hit the ground running in Fall Ball," Williams said. "We're excited to welcome them to DSB and see what impact they have on our program!"
Scarlett Nagy
Catcher/Infielder | Monroe, Wash. | Monroe High School
Before Dartmouth: Was a four-year varsity letter winner in softball and a team captain… Earned fifth place 3A State (2022), 7th place 3A State (2024)... Was a 3A State participant (2025), two-time first Team All Conference (2024, 2025) and 2nd Team All Area (2024)... Has the Monroe High School all-time career home run record with 30 and the Monroe High School all-time career RBI record with 123… Was a letter winner in Volleyball (2022).

Samantha Gresham
Outfielder | Anaheim, Calif. | Canyon High School
Before Dartmouth: Was a four-year varsity scholar athlete… Named the Female Athlete Scholar of the Year at Canyon High School in 2025… Earned first team All-League Crestview League, All County CIF, Defensive Player of the Year (2024), Offensive Player of the Year (2023), Coach's Award 2022… Was a Hall of Fame inductee for softball in 2025.

Charley Maddox
Right Handed Pitcher | Orange Park, Fla. | Oakleaf High School
Before Dartmouth: Was a four-year letter winner, as well as a senior scholar athlete… Was named a three-time all Clay County, two-time all First Coast, 6A District 3 player of the year, three-time FACA all-state and three-time FACA academic all-state.

Sydney Herrmann
First base/Infielder | Greenwood, Ind. | Center Grove
Before Dartmouth: Was a four-year varsity letter winner, team MVP (2025) and Center Grove High School Hall of Fame Inductee… Was named to the Indy Star's Central Indiana Super Team in (2024, 2025)... Earned the 4A Indiana High School Softball State Mental Attitude award… Was named a PGF Regional All-American x2, 2025 Johnson County Player of the Year, 4x County Champion, State Final Four 2024, State Runner up 2025, PGF National Runner up, IDT Champion and Runner up… Was nationally ranked No. 62 by Extra Innings.
