PRINCETON, N.J.—The Ivy League announces its major awards and all-conference teams for field hockey on Wednesday. Dartmouth's Olivia Galiotos and Ella Bowman have been named All-Ivy Honorable Mentions while Ava Carlson has earned Academic All-Ivy honors.
It is the fourth time in her career that Galiotos has earned All-Ivy honors, as a first-year and sophomore she was named an honorable mention. Last season as a junior she was named All-Ivy Second Team. In 2025 she set new career highs in both goals and points as she had three goals while adding three assists for nine points. In 64 career games, the Virginia Beach, Va. native scored five goals while adding nine assists in over 3700 minutes played.
Bowman earns her second All-Ivy honor after being named an All-Ivy Honorable Mention as a first-year in 2023. This season she led Dartmouth with 15 points and five assists while being tied for the team lead with five goals. This season she played in all 16 games while making 15 starts on the back line. Through 42 career games, she has scored 11 goals while adding six assists.
Carlson earns Academic All-Ivy after being a member of the NFHCA Division I National Academic Squad each of the last three years. The computer science major played and started in all 16 games this season as a senior. She made 70 saves while having a career best .680 save percentage. She played in 42 career games while making 38 starts in her four seasons at Dartmouth. The Collingswood, N.J. native made 202 saves in her career while having three shutouts.
