Two Cross Country Student-Athletes Earn All-Ivy Nods

HANOVER, N.H. – Two men's and women's cross country student-athletes have earned Academic All-Ivy honors for their hard work in the classroom and at meets, as announced by the Ivy League on Wednesday afternoon.
Seniors Katherine Strong and Eric Sankey each earned their first Academic All-Ivy nods of their collegiate careers.
Strong participated in five meets this season, recording back-to-back PRs in the 3.72m (21:52.7) and 4k (15:16.8). She placed 28th overall in the 6k at the Ivy League Championships, improving from her 47th place finish in 2024.
Sankey has participated in five meets this season, recording three PRs in the 6k (19:13.9), 4.95m (27:40.6), and 8k (24:18.1). He improved his overall finish in the Ivy League Championships by 13 spots, finishing 40th overall this year.
