WACO, Texas—The National Collegiate Equestrian Association (NCEA) announced their 2024-25 Ariat All-Americans. Samantha Takacs (Lebanon, N.J./Berkshire School) has been named to the first team, Cassidy Exner has been named to the second team while Elise Stephens was named an honorable mention.
All three riders were recently named to the All-ECAC fences team following successful regular seasons.
Takacs was recently named ECAC Fences Rider of the Year. Last season she was the program's first All-American as she was named to the NCEA Second Team. She becomes the first member of the Big Green to be named a First Team All-American. Takacs is the lone rider from a single discipline team on the first team.
Exner and Stephens earned their first All-American recognition this season as a sophomore and a first-year respectively.
Dartmouth landed the most riders on the All-American team of all the single discipline teams in the NCEA.
The Big Green look for the program's first national championship starting on Friday, April 18 in the semifinals against No. 1 Lynchburg in Ocala, Fla. starting at 2 PM.
