HANOVER, N.H. – On Friday, Interim Head Coach
Blake McFadden announced the program's full 2026 schedule. In addition to Ivy League play, the schedule is highlighted by a two-game series with the reigning national champions, LSU.
The 2026 season will kick off on Saturday, February 21 as the Big Green travel to North Carolina and host school Gardner-Webb. Dartmouth will play two games on the 21
st, first facing Fairleigh Dickinson before taking on the Runnin' Bulldogs. That same schedule will repeat on Sunday, February 22 with games against Fairleigh Dickinson at 11 a.m. and Gardner-Webb at 3 p.m.
The following weekend, Dartmouth will head south again, this time to Baton Rouge for a series with the LSU Tigers, the 2025 NCAA Division I Baseball National Champions. The Big Green will first face the Tigers on Friday, February 27, play Grambling State for the first time in program history on Saturday, February 28, before wrapping the trip against the Tigers on Sunday, March 1.
Dartmouth's 14-game stretch of road action will continue on March 6 with a four-game series against Navy. The teams will play on Friday, March 6, play a doubleheader on Saturday, March 7, and wrap the series with a 12 p.m. first pitch on Sunday, March 8.
Ivy League play will begin on Saturday, March 21 as the Big Green will play the Penn Quakers in Philadelphia. Dartmouth won two of the three games at Red Rolfe Field at Biondi Park last season. The two teams will play a doubleheader on Saturday, followed by a single game Sunday, March 22 at 1 p.m.
Dartmouth will play its first home games on Saturday, March 28 and Sunday, March 29, welcoming the Columbia Lions to Hanover. The Big Green and Lions will play a doubleheader on Saturday followed by a single game series finale on Sunday.
Following the first home weekend of the season, the Big Green will head back on the road for five straight games, including two midweek nonconference matchups. Dartmouth will head to UMass Lowell on Tuesday, March 31 for a 4 p.m. first pitch before returning to Ivy League play that weekend at Cornell. The Big Red and Big Green will play two games beginning at 11:30 on Saturday, April 4 before finishing the series on Sunday, April 5 at 12 p.m. The stretch of road games will conclude with a midweek contest at Boston College on Wednesday, April 8.
Dartmouth will then welcome Brown to Hanover for a three-game series, starting on Saturday, April 11 with a doubleheader. The regular season meetings with the Bears will conclude on Sunday, April 12 at 12 p.m.
That Wednesday, April 15, Dartmouth will host Siena for a 3:30 first pitch.
The Big Green will then head back on the road to take on the Harvard Crimson. Dartmouth and Harvard will play a doubleheader on Saturday, April 18 and a single game on Sunday, April 19.
Following the Harvard series, the Big Green will return home for eight straight games, concluding both nonconference play and regular season games at Red Rolfe Field at Biondi Park. Dartmouth will first host Holy Cross on Tuesday, April 21 at 3 p.m. before playing the Princeton Tigers, its final Ivy League series at home. The teams will play a doubleheader on Saturday, April 25 before a single game on Sunday, April 26.
After Princeton, Dartmouth will play four straight nonconference games to wrap the home slate. The Big Green will host Merrimack College on Wednesday, April 29 with a 3 p.m. first pitch before welcoming Manhattan College for a three-game series beginning on Saturday, May 2.
The regular season will conclude on Sunday, March 10 with the final game of a three-game series in New Haven with the Yale Bulldogs. The two teams will play a doubleheader on Saturday, May 9 before wrapping the season with a single game on Sunday.
Should the Big Green qualify, the Ivy League tournament will take place from Friday, March 15 through Sunday, March 17. The top seed will host the tournament. More information on the baseball team can be found at DartmouthSports.com.
