ANNAPOLIS, Md. – The Dartmouth men's and women's diving team closed out the 2026 NCAA Zone A Championships on Tuesday afternoon with strong performances in the final day of competition.
McCoy Lyman captured the Zone A title on 1-meter, posting a score of 664.65 to finish first overall. With the victory, Lyman secured a qualification spot for the NCAA Championships, marking a major milestone for the program.
His performance was highlighted by a first-place finish in the preliminary round, where he posted a score of 343.50 to lead the field heading into finals. Lyman maintained that momentum in the championship round, ultimately claiming the event title and punching his ticket to the championships.
On the women's side, Margaret Lambdin qualified for the 3-meter final and finished the event in 17th place.
