HANOVER, N.H. – This past weekend, the Big Green sailed in three regattas, the Aaron Szambecki Team Race, Blaire Herron Memorial Women's Team Race, and the Seahawk Team Race.

Dartmouth posted an 8-5 overall record in the Aaron Szambecki Team Race hosted by Georgetown, sailing to a fifth-place overall finish. Skies were sunny and clear Saturday, and despite a break of wind, it filled in the afternoon, allowing 53 races to be sailed. The Big Green went 6-3 in Round 1 of racing, falling to only Navy, Stanford, and Tulane.

Sunday's racing began with shifty winds and unstable winds caused the race format to change to top and bottom five finals. In Top 5 sailing, Dartmouth went 2-2 overall, avenging losses to Stanford and Tulane in the previous round.

The Big Green posted their highest finish of the weekend at the Blaire Herron Memorial Women's Team Race hosted by Georgetown this weekend, finishing third overall.

Dartmouth went 6-4 overall on the weekend, going 4-3 in Round 1 racing. The Big Green sailed to wins over Cornell, Hobart & William, Navy, and Old Dominion.

Top 4 racing began Sunday, as Dartmouth sailed to a 2-1 record in light winds. The Big Green beat Cornell and Georgetown in Top 4 racing.

At the Big Green's third regatta of the weekend, Dartmouth sailed to a 5-10 record, finishing fourth overall. Dartmouth posted a 1-4 Round 1 record and a 2-3 record in both Round 2 and Roud 3 sailing.

Dartmouth will be back in action next weekend, competing in three regattas. The Big Green will head to Cambridge for the Marchiando Team Race, Providence for the Dellenbaugh Women's Team Race, and Medford for the Jumbo Team Race. Information on results can be found
