Women’s Basketball has Four Earn CSC Academic All-District

GREENWOOD, Ind. – On Tuesday, College Sports Communicators (CSC) announced its women's basketball Academic All-District honorees, recognizing four members of the Big Green.
Sierra Carson, Alexandra Eldredge, Nina Minicozzi, and Tahira Muhammad all earned the recognition.
To be eligible, student-athletes must be at least sophomores with a 3.50 grade point average and have competed in 90% of their team's contests or started 66% of their team's games.
Sierra Carson, a junior anthropology major, played in 25 of the Big Green's 27 games, averaging 16 minutes a game. She scored 82 total points through the duration of the season, an average of 3.3 per game. Carson snagged 31 total rebounds and made 16 steals, fifth most on the team.
Her best game offensively was at NJIT, tallying 12 total points. She recorded multi steal games three times, collecting three against Siena, Franklin Pierce, and Brown. She also collected ten multi-rebound games, including a season high four at NJIT.
Next, junior Alexandra Eldredge, an economics major, started and played in 26 of Dartmouth's 27 games, averaging 28.8 minutes a game, the second highest on the team. She averaged 7.8 points per game, third best amongst the team, and ranked second overall with 28 blocks.
Eldredge's best game offensively was at Penn, when she tallied 16 points and added four assists. She also tallied double digit points in 12 of her 26 total games played this season.
Nina Minicozzi, an economics major played in 25 of the Big Green's 27 games and was an integral part of Dartmouth's play off the bench. The junior averaged 21.8 minutes per game and led the Big Green in three-point shooting, 31.5% behind the arch. She also had the best percentage at the free throw line, 85.5%.
Minicozzi tallied seven double digit point games, including four straight from November 16 through December 7, 2025, scoring 53 points to average 13.3 points per game in that span. While her best offensive output was 16 points against Franklin Pierce, Minicozzi also put up double-digit point performance in the Ivy League, tallying 12 at Princeton and 11 at Brown.
Finally, Tahira Muhammad played in all but one game during her sophomore campaign in green. She averaged 9.3 minutes per game, 1.4 points per game, and 1.1 rebounds per game.
Muhammad's best performance was at Yale, having scored a season high seven points. She recorded a season high six rebounds vs. Colby-Sawyer and tallied four multi-assist games, coming against Bucknell (2), St. Joseph's Brooklyn (2), Columbia (2), and Penn (2).
This is Eldredge's and Minicozzi's second Academic All-District recognition while Carson and Muhammad take home their first.
