LONG VALLEY, N.J.—The Dartmouth College equestrian team fell to Centenary University 7-3 on Sunday to end its regular season.
Earning team points on the day were Cassidy Exner '27 over fences (86-81), as well as Grace Russo '29 and Camilla Jerng '29 on the flat (84-71, 81-80 respectively). Exner's win improved her fences record to a team-leading 4-1 on the season, while Jerng capped off her first collegiate regular season unbeaten on the flat at 5-0.
"We had strong rides across the board today even though the points didn't fall the way we wanted them to," said Head Coach Tenley Walsh. "Camilla has been so impressive start to finish in the flat this year. It was fun to see the team react to her win."
The team will await seeding for the ECAC Tournament which is set to begin March 20 at the College of Charleston.
"It was a really good season for our three first years, and it was really important for them to get this road experience before the postseason," said Walsh. "We've followed this script before, and I have a lot of confidence in this team."
