BOSTON --Â The Dartmouth men's and women's track and field teams competed at the Jay Carisella Invite, hosted by Northeastern, in Boston on Saturday.Â
The women's 4x100m squad, consisting of Daniela Ruelas Lomeli, Charlotte DiRocco, Rebeka Zibritova and Veronika Simova, recorded a program record in the event with a 45.44 finish.Â
J'Voughnn Blake put himself at No. 2 all-time in the 800m, finishing in 1:47.70. On the throws side, Colton McMaster won the shot put and put himself at third all-time with a 17.61m finish. Additionally, McMaster won the discus with a 51.79m throw.Â
Liam Murray won the 400m with a time of 47.07. Winston Morgan put himself on the top ten list as well, recording a fourth all-time best finish in the 400m with a 47.52 mark. Noe Kemper also put himself at fourth all-time in the 800m, finishing in 1:48.62.
Andie Murray won the 800m for the Big Green, finishing the event in 2:05.50. Mariella Schweitzer won the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:01.36, while Zibritova came in second with a time of 1:01.39.
The Big Green will continue competing this weekend when heading down to MIT for the Battle Road Meet, while other athletes will compete in the The F.I.R.E Meet at Williams College on Saturday.
