Men’s Ice Hockey Ranked No. 11 in USCHO Preseason Poll

Hanover, N.H. – USCHO (U.S. College Hockey Online) released its preseason poll ahead of the 2026-27 season on Monday afternoon, ranking Dartmouth men's ice hockey 11th in the preseason rankings.
The Big Green enters this season one spot lower than its final ranking of last season, when Dartmouth finished 10th after winning the ECAC Championship for the first time in program history and qualifying for the NCAA Tournament.
Of the ECAC member institutions, only Quinnipiac (7th) is ranked higher than Dartmouth. Cornell (13th) is the third ECAC team to appear in the poll. The full USHCO rankings can be found here.
The Big Green opens the season against Alaska Fairbanks in a two-game series at Thompson Arena: Friday, Oct. 31, at 7 p.m., and Saturday, Nov. 1, at 3 p.m.
