Only Big Green running back to see action in all 10 games … led all Dartmouth players with four touchdowns, all coming on the ground … second on the team with 277 rushing yards as well … also the team’s leading receiver out of the backfield with 17 catches for 176 yards … boasted 90 yards on seven carries, including a career-best 64-yard scamper, and a three-yard catch in the season opener to help the Green knock off 22nd-ranked New Hampshire for the first time in 40 years, 22-21 … had a four-yard touchdown run among his 11 carries for 35 yards in the 35-10 road win at Holy Cross … scored again the following week on a two-yard burst against Penn … set career highs with five catches and 69 receiving yards at Yale … matched those five receptions while adding season highs for rushes (14), rushing yards (92) and all-purpose yards (117) to help Dartmouth defeat Towson, 20-17 … one of his 14 carries was a 40-yarder that set up what turned out to be the game-winning score on the very next play … ran into the end zone from nine yards out against Brown … scored the season’s final touchdown with 21 seconds left at Princeton on a one-yard dive, which was set up by his season-long 32-yard reception.

Recipient of the team’s Doten Award as the sophomore who made a significant contribution to the success of the team … shared the running load with two seniors, leading the team with 375 rushing yards and eight touchdowns on 75 carries (5.0 yards per rush) … topped the team in scoring with 54 points … eighth in the Ivy League in scoring average (5.4 ppg) … after averaging nine yards on a modest three carries in the 31-10 win at Georgetown, ran for a season-high 72 yards on just seven rushes, including a 62-yard gallop and two touchdowns, in the 49-7 romp over Sacred Heart … caught a career-long 22-yard pass on the first play of the second half at Penn in a 41-20 victory … took two of his season-high 13 carries to the end zone to help Dartmouth pick up a 34-7 road win at Central Connecticut State … led the Green with 11 carries and 68 rushing yards with a 49-yard burst in the 13-9 victory over Columbia … provided the lone Dartmouth TD in the 14-13 loss at 15th-ranked Harvard … burrowed in from two yards out to help secure a 21-3 triumph against Cornell … posted a nine-yard scoring run and an 89-yard kickoff return for another TD at Brown in a 34-18 win … tied the season finale at seven against Princeton early in the third quarter with a 32-yard sprint to the end zone.
FRESHMAN (2014) | Game-by-Game Stats
Made an impact as a rookie, playing in eight varsity games … fourth on the team with 175 rushing yards at a whopping 7.0 yards per carry … first touch was a two-yard run at fourth-ranked New Hampshire … returned a kickoff against both Penn and Yale … also returned a kick versus Brown 20 yards in the second quarter, but was just warming up against the Bears … took over rushing duties in the second half and led Dartmouth with 114 yards (the second-most by a Big Green player during the season) and all three of the team’s rushing touchdowns on just 10 carries to earn Ivy League Co-Rookie of the Week honors … one of his runs was the longest Dartmouth play from scrimmage all season, a 63-yard score … those three TDs turned a 24-14 game into a 30-point lead in an eventual 44-21 triumph … also caught a pair of passes for 15 yards against Brown … finished the year with 59 more rushing yards and another trip to the end zone on a team-high 13 carries in the 41-10 victory at Princeton.
HIGH SCHOOL
NEPSAC Division I player of the year as a postgrad … topped 200 yards and ran for touchdowns of 6, 25 and 38 yards as he helped undefeated Phillips Andover win the Jack Etter Bowl for the NEPSAC championship … finished season with 1,224 yards and a 7.2-yard average … had 242 yards on 31 carries against Brunswick in playoff game … selected to Team Alberta South for regional senior bowl as a high school senior after running for 1,300 yards … Team Alberta U-18 pick as a sophomore and junior … recognized as Best Back in League final two years … also competed in track and field all four years of high school and as a postgrad, throwing the javelin, jumping and sprinting.
