Football Picked Third in Ivy League Preseason Poll

HANOVER, N.H. — The Ivy League announced its 2026 preseason poll on Monday, Aug. 3, and the Dartmouth College football team was picked third after receiving 94 points.

The Big Green, winners of four Ivy titles in the past six seasons, trailed Yale, which was first with 127 points and 15 first-place votes, and Harvard, which tallied 111 points and one first-place vote. The University of Pennsylvania, with 75 points, rounded out the top four.
