2018-19 (Senior):
Named an alternate captain...Appeared in all 34 games, finishing with 15 points on five goals and 10 assists... Posted a shorthanded, empty-net goal and an assist in home win against Quinnipiac (11.3)...Scored the game-winning goal at Yale (11.10) just 2:34 into the game...Had an assist vs. Vermont (11.24)...Posted a two-assist game against UNH (12.7)...Had a goal and an assist against Army (12.29) and an assist vs. No. 10 Providence (12.30) to finish the Ledyard Classic with three points (1-2-3) and earn a spot on the all-tournament team...Had the second assist on Drew O'Connor's goal at Bentley (1.5) with brother Sam getting the primary helper for the first of his career...Scored at Princeton (1.12)...Had a helper vs. SLU (1.25)...Scored the final goal in Dartmouth's 8-0 Game 3 win against St. Lawrence (3.10) in his final game at Thompson Arena.

2016-17 (Junior):
Tabbed as the 118th team captain in program history...Appeared in 26 games... Recorded 2 goals and 8 assists for 10 points... Added his first helper of the season, which proved to be a game winner in a 3-2 home victory vs. Michigan on Oct. 29...Had another game-winning assist to fellow forward Troy Crema's goal in a 2-0 win at Thompson on Nov. 5...Scored the lone goal in a 4-1 defeat at Union on Jan. 14.
2015-16 (Sophomore):
Named the recipient of the Manser Award as the team's most improved player...Finished tied for second ont he team in scoring with 21 points...His 11 goals, 10 points and 21 points were all big improvements from his rookie season...One of the best faceoff men in the league with a team-high 314 wins on the draw...Scored Dartmouth's lone goal in a 1-1 tie at No. 12 Michigan on Nov. 28... Registered the game winner in a 5-1 win against Robert Morris in the opener of the Ledyard Classic on Jan. 2...Had a goal and two assists for a career-high three points in a home win against Holy Cross on Jan. 10...Had three assists in a home sweep of Clarkson and St. Lawrence (Jan. 15-16)...Scored once ana assisted on another against No. 1 Quinnipiac on Jan. 29...Scored a goal in each game of a road weekend at Yale and Brown (Feb. 5-6)...Scored a goal in Dartmouth's Game 3 double-overtime win against Colgate to win the first-round series on Mar. 6.
2014-15 (Freshman):
Named the winner of the Booma Award as the team's Rookie of the Year...The only rookie player to appear in all 33 games…Scored three times and assisted on three others for six points…Whistled for just four minor penalties…Finished the year with a +4 rating…Picked up his first career point by assisting on the game-winning goal against Sacred Heart at home on Dec. 14…His first career goal came with 1:27 left in regulation to break a 2-2 tie with defending national champion Union and give Dartmouth its second win of the season against the Dutchmen…Also assisted on Corey Kalk's tying goal earlier in the third period for his first multi-point effort of his collegiate career…Scored the game's opening goal at Clarkson on Feb. 20 as part of a 3-2 OT win…Netted the first goal of the game at home against Princeton 12:36 into the opening period on Feb. 27...Dartmouth was 3-0-0 when he scored a goal and 4-0-1 when her registered a point.
Before Dartmouth: Hesler played one season with West Kelowna of the BCHL, finishing third on the team in scoring with 58 points. He finished his one season of juniors with 21 goals and 37 assists — the second-best mark on the team — and excelled in the postseason, leading the Warriors with seven points (2-5-7) in six games. Attended Middlesex (Concord, Mass.) and Belmont Hill School (Belmont, Mass.) before moving on to the BCHL.
Personal: Son of Neal ’84 and Leigh Hesler...Has one brother, Sam ’22 who began his Dartmouth career in the 2018-19 season ...His aunt Carla was a member of the UNH field hockey team from 1978-82 and is a member of the UNH Athletics Hall of Fame.
