2024 (Senior): Played in 16 games while making a career high 16 starts in her senior season…tallied her first college point from the backline against Havard on Sept. 21…added an assist against Colgate on Oct. 13 in a 7-0 Big Green win…in her second to last career game she scored her first collegiate goal against Princeton…played just over 800 minutes… named to the NFHCA National Academic Squad
2023 (Junior): Played in all 15 games, starting nine as a key member of the defense … Made one defensive save, against Princeton (10/21) … Helped Big Green defense impress in Ivy League play, shutting out Brown while allowing just one goal vs. Columbia and one goal in regulation at Yale … 40 total goals allowed marked Dartmouth’s fewest allowed since 2005.
2022 (Sophomore): Key member of Dartmouth’s back line, playing in all 17 games while starting the first seven games of the season … Posted a defensive save, coming in the season opener at No. 22 Maine (9/2) … Part of a Big Green defense that allowed just over two goals per game in Ivy League play. Allowing just 16 total, that was eight fewer than any other year since 2015.
2021 (First-Year): Appeared in all 17 games, starting three.
Before Dartmouth: A four-year letterwinner in both field hockey and lacrosse… Named team captain in field hockey as a senior… Earned team MVP honors in both her junior and senior seasons of field hockey… Was named an All-Southwest Preparatory Conference player as a junior… Named to the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) High School National Academic Squad as a junior and senior…In addition to playing club field hockey, she also served in a coaching position for the youth team.
Personal: Daughter of Michael and Margaret Young… Has one brother and one sister… Her mother played volleyball at Queen’s College… The first member of her family to attend Dartmouth… A high honor roll student who was a member of the National Honors Society, National English Honors Society and Math Honors Society.
