Erin Brennan joined the Dartmouth football staff in the spring of 2024 as the football recruiting and operations coordinator. She came to Hanover with plenty of experience at the Isidore Newman School in New Orleans, while also working the Manning Passing Academy in Thibodaux, Louisiana.
While at the passing academy last summer, Brennan assisted coaches, directors and the media coordinator in all camp logistics and operations.
At Isidore Newman School, Brennan served as assistant to the athletic director and varsity girls soccer assistant coach from 2017 to 2024. Her office of two individuals coordinated all elements of 17 athletic programs on campus. Other roles included compliance and eligibility, day-to-day operations, business office, on-site administration and more. As assistant girls soccer coach, Brennan managed logistics, practice planning, training sessions and more. She helped lead Isidore to five state championships in seven years: 2018, 2022, 2021, 2023 and 2024.
Brennan also served as director of soccer operations at the school, efficiently providing oversight, management and budgetary guidance for the operations of eight soccer teams sharing one home field and one off-campus practice facility.
Brennan graduated from Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama with her Bachelor of Arts in communication arts. She was a member of the women’s soccer team, which is a member of NCAA Division II. In October of 2023, she also became High School Administrators Circle Co-Chair for Women Leaders in Sports.
