Callie Cyr is in her first season as Assistant Director - Strategic Communications. Cyr is the primary communications contact for volleyball, men's basketball, M/W swim & dive, men's golf, softball.
Prior to Dartmouth, Cyr was an Assistant Director of Communications & Social Media Coordinator at the University of New Hampshire. In this role, she was the primary communications contact for women's soccer and men's basketball. As the social media coordinator, Cyr oversaw the main Wildcats accounts as well as her primary sport accounts.
Previously, Cyr was hired as the Assistant Director of Marketing and Communications in August 2022. In this position, she was the primary communications contact for women's soccer and women's basketball. She also assisted the Director of Marketing & Fan Engagement in the marketing of all UNH's varsity sports along with supervising the marketing track of the Wildcat Internship Program.
Upon graduation in December of 2021, Cyr was hired as the Athletic Marketing Assistant in January 2022. As the marketing assistant, Callie worked with the External Relations team to increase visibility of UNH Athletics and drive attendance at all athletic events. She also assisted in the planning and executing of gameday presentation, including supervising members of the Wildcat Internship Program.
Callie completed her Sport Management & Leadership degree from UNH in December 2021. While completing her undergrad degree, Cyr served as an Operations Intern and On-Field Emcee with the New England Collegiate Baseball League's Valley Blue Sox.
