Tim Homan was hired as an assistant coach in September of 2019. Homan was most recently the hitting coach and recruiting coordinator at Georgia Southern University from 2017 to 2019.
No stranger to the Ivy League, Homan served as an assistant coach at Penn for the 2017 season where he was responsible for hitting, infield, catching and base running instruction while also coaching first base. The Quakers finished third place in the Ivy League during his tenure.
Prior to Penn, Homan was a volunteer assistant coach at Villanova where he helped lead the team to a second-place finish in the Big East and coached the Big East Pitcher of the Year. Homan began his collegiate coaching career at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia.
Homan started coaching at Cumberland Regional High School and worked his way up to the King's Academy in Florida where he helped guide the team to a conference, district and regional championship in 2014.
Homan is a 2013 graduate of Palm Beach Atlantic University and earned his master's degree from Southern New Hampshire in 2017.
