Hayley Moore joined the Big Green as director of basketball operations in June of 2023.
Moore comes to Hanover after spending the 2022-23 season as a graduate assistant at Marshall. With the Thundering Herd, she assisted in managing several aspects of the program, including scouting and player development. Specifically, she worked with junior guard Abby Beeman, who ranked among the top 25 nationally in assists per game.

She played collegiately at Binghamton, where she appeared in 100 games and logged 47 starts over four seasons, and earned a bachelor's degree in human development and family studies in 2022. She is pursuing a master's in leadership studies from Marshall.
