Jaworski made an immediate impact leading the women’s team to an Ivy League Cross-Country Championships title in 2014. Jaworski was named the 2014 Ivy League Cross-Country Head Coach of the Year for his efforts. The Dartmouth women ended the 2014 cross-country campaign with a 3rd-place finish at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships and a 20th-place team finish at the NCAA National Championships. Dana Giordano highlighted the 2015 track & field seasons with a pair of wins at the Ivy League Indoor Track & Field Championships (1-mile, 3k), a 12th-place Second-Team All-America showing in the 3k at the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships, a 1500m win at the Ivy League Outdoor Track & Field Championships and an NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships 5k qualification.
The 2015-16 seasons saw Jaworski’s group continue to perform well. Giordano was named 2015 USTFCCCA Cross-Country Northeast Regional Athlete of the Year after winning the NCAA Northeast Regional Championship in demanding fashion and earning an individual berth in the NCAA Cross-Country Championships. At the Ivy League Indoor Track & Field Championships Helen Schlachtenhaufen won the mile while Giordano claimed the 3k win. The Ivy League Outdoor Track & Field Championships saw Giordano win the 1500m and 5k. Giordano closed her excellent senior season by placing 3rd in the 1500m at the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships at the University of Oregon’s Hayward Field. Her 4:11.86 First-Team All-America showing set a new school record previously held by 2016 Olympian Abbey D'Agostino as is currently the 3rd fastest 1500m ever run by an Ivy League woman.
Schlachtenhaufen and Olivia Lantz earned All-Northeast Region honors during the 2016 cross-country season highlighting the fall campaign. Jaworski’s young squad just missed qualifying for the NCAA Cross-Country Championships after finishing fourth at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championship. The 2017 track & field seasons saw Schlachtenhaufen defend her indoor 1500m title extending Dartmouth's dominance in the event to six straight years. Schlachtenhaufen then won the NCAA East Region Championship 1500m in a new Dartmouth school record time of 4:11.15. The senior harrier qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships where her 16th-place finish earned her Second-Team All-America honors. Her time was not only the fastest in Big Green program history but also leap-frogged Giordano’s 4:11.86 mark to become the second-best time ever run by an Ivy League woman.
The 2017 cross country season saw Jaworski’s squad reclaim their dominance in distance with a second-place team finish at the Ivy League Championships. Lantz, Julia Stevenson and Ella Ketchum earned All-Ivy honors for their top-14 finishes at the meet. The women’s team then placed an impressive 2nd at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships bettering regional powers Syracuse and Iona earning them an automatic bid to the NCAA National Championships. Stevenson and Lantz both earned All-Northeast Region honors for their efforts at regionals. The indoor and outdoor seasons saw numerous PR and multiple Dartmouth all-time top-5 performances in the 5k and 3kSC. Most notably, Jaworski had five women run sub-17 in the 5k with Stevenson leading the women with her 16:14.58 best finish.
The 2018-19 year proved to be another strong season for Jaworski’s squad. The women’s team again placed second at the Ivy League Cross Country Championships with sophomore Glennis Murphy earning All-Ivy honors for her 12th-place finish at the meet. The team earned an automatic berth to the NCAA National Cross Country Championships after their repeat second-place team performance at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championship. Murphy, Lauren Sapone, Georgia Fear and Julia Stevenson received All-Region recognition for their top 25-finishes. The distance women demonstrated substantial depth throughout the indoor season with eight runners breaking 10 in the 3K – Sapone posted the team's best mark with her 9:29.00 showing. Outdoor was highlighted by Stevenson's fifth-place finish over the 5K distance at the Ivy League Championship. Stevenson and Sapone both qualified for the NCAA East Regional Championships in the 5K and 3K steeplechase, respectfully.
