Kelley Sullivan completed her second season as an assistant coach with the women's rugby team in 2019.
Sullivan spent the last two years in Australia, where she taught English as a second language while also serving as head coach of the Bondi Breakers, a U8-9 boys rugby team. She also played with Eastern Suburbs Rugby Club.
Prior to that, she was the USA Rugby training and education manager in Lafayette, Colorado. While in that role, she oversaw the department budget, developed recruitment and retention plans to increase the number of coaches and referees and scheduled course logistics for over 100 educational clinics nationwide per year.
Sullivan graduated from Marist in 2013 with a degree in communication and media arts. She went on to get her master's in communication with a concentration in leadership and organizational communication from Illinois State in 2015.
