PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Dartmouth softball team dropped a doubleheader to Cornell today at Brown University's softball field. The game was moved to Brown due to inclement weather in Ithaca. The Big Red won the first game easily, 7-2 and were victorious in the nightcap, 9-0 in five innings.

Katie Chifican (Fullerton, Calif.) earned a walk and then stole second to put runners at second and third for Ashley Gleason (Costa Mesa, Calif.) who hit a sacrifice fly to right field bringing Autin in, giving Dartmouth the 1-0 lead.
