SPECIAL YOGA WORKSHOP Stand On Your Own Two Feet In a season of renewal, how do we nourish our roots as we strive to grow? How can we look back in order to move forward? As we rise from the slumber of winter, this workshop will explore how the standing poses teach us to find our sources of strength and self-reliance. Journey * Discover * Breathe * Move * Transform This year has come full circle, back to the beginning, and in this special workshop, Marie will cut through the clutter to re-discover the timeless and enduring essentials that always inspire. Breathe. Let your breath teach you to be present in the moment as it guides you to a safe, balanced practice. Move with the clarity of precise alignment.
