HANOVER, N.H. ? The third-ranked Dartmouth women's hockey team had a 42-16 shot advantage over Quinnipiac, but the Big Green couldn't find the net after the first period and had to settle for 1-1 tie with the Bobcats on Friday night at Thompson Arena.

For Quinnipiac (3-17-2, 2-6-2 ECAC Hockey), Trudy Reyns posted the only goal for the Bobcats on the power play in the second period, but the star of the game for both sides was netminder Nanna Holm-Glaas who pushed aside 41 shots.
The Bobcats got back into the game with a power play on the first opportunity for Quinnipiac on the man advantage. The Bobcats got a 5-on-3 advantage and Reyns took advantage with her second tally of the year. She fired a simple shot from the left point, the puck had eyes through traffic and beat Lacina to tie the score at 1-1 with 9:38 remaining in the second frame.
Both teams had chances in the final 25 minutes of play, but
neither could find the net.
Each team had three opportunities on the power play during a
clean game.
