Gail (Koziara) Boudreaux's Got Game

As the president of United Healthcare and executive vice president of United Healthcare Group, Gail Boudreaux is head of the company's largest division.
Last year her group posted revenues of more than $40 billion, and she is working to increase profits by stopping enrollment decline through disease prevention programs and partnering with technology companies such as Cisco, so that patients can access their physicians via the Internet.
The demands of her job are taxing, so Boudreaux, the mother of two teenage sons, draws on her success as an athlete. A three-time All-American basketball player, the 6'2" Boudreaux still holds 12 individual records from Dartmouth College's women's basketball team, where she was the all-time top scorer and rebounder.
