RALEIGH, N.C. — The Dartmouth women's track and field team competed at the Raleigh Relays on Friday and Saturday. The Big Green had multiple competitors place at the event.
Dartmouth won the 6000-meter relay with a time of with a time of 18:28.52. The quartet of freshman Lindsay Walsh (Swampscott, Mass.), senior Andrea Imhof (San Francisco, Calif.), junior Alexi Pappas (Alameda, Calif.) and freshman Arianna Vailas (Manchester, N.H.) beat teams from Kent State, North Carolina, Charlotte and Delaware.
Freshman Abbey D'Agostino (Topsfield, Mass.) placed third in the 5000 in 16:23.50. The time marked a PR and qualified her for the NCAA regional meet at Indiana University in May.
Vailas finished seventh in the 1500 meters with a time of 4:32.49. In the 800-meter Invitational, Imhof took 11th at 2:14.67.
The Big Green return north for the Tufts Invitational on Saturday, April 2.
