Men's Tennis
vs Dartmouth Invite #1

HANOVER, N.H. — The Dartmouth men's tennis team defeated the two-time defending Ivy League champion Columbia, 5-2, at the Boss Tennis Center on Friday. The win improved the Big Green to 10-4 overall and 1-0 in the Ivy League.
After dropping a very
competitive doubles point that came down to a tiebreaker at first doubles, Dartmouth seized the momentum by winning all six first sets in singles. The team never relented on its way to clinching the match with four straight
set singles wins.
The Big Green host the Cornell Big Red on Saturday at 2 p.m. With a national ranking of #49, Cornell is currently the highest
ranked Ivy League team. They are also 1-0 in league play after a 4-3
win over Harvard.
