NEW HAVEN, CONN. - The No. 8 Dartmouth women's squash team dropped a non-conference match against No. 7 Stanford on Saturday evening at the Brady Squash Center.
The Cardinal topped the Big Green 6-3 on Yale's campus. With the loss, the Green and White fall to 3-5, while Stanford improved to 4-2 on the season.
After winning three consecutive matches before the break, the team from the Upper Valley has now lost four straight.
Lydie McKenzie and Helena Darling each scored impressive, 3-0, victories at the No. 8 and No. 9 spots, respectively.
Kensy Balch won the other point for Dartmouth defeating Ali Huchro, 3-1, at the No. 6 spot. After dropping the first game, Balch rallied to win the next three.
