Leigh Moffett Wins Women's 10000m at Princeton's Larry Ellis

PRINCETON – The Dartmouth women's track & field team only had two individuals compete at Friday's Larry Ellis Invitational, but those two made the most of it.
In the final event of the day on either the men's or women's side, Leigh Moffett won the 10,000m in 36:29.84.
The second-place runner was also a member of the Big Green as Kennedy Jensen claimed second in the event in 36:40.84.
At the Mt. Sac Relays, Reid Watson claimed sixth in the 5000m open with a 16:17.01, while Dana Giordano was 16th in the 5000m invitational in 15:54.05. Elizabeth Markowitz was eighth in the 1500m, crossing in 4:25.38.
Additionally, on Thursday night at the Mt. Sac Relays, Claudia Pham won the women's 10,000m open run in 34:40:55, more than 28 seconds ahead of the second-place finisher from Central Missouri (35:08.78).
