HANOVER, N.H. – In the fourth and final home meet of the indoor season, the Dartmouth women's track & field team posted several strong performances.
Leverone Fieldhouse played host to the non-scoring Dartmouth Indoor Classic Saturday afternoon.
In all, the Big Green won nine individual events and the 4x400m relay (3:52.46).
Sara Kikut was the top performer of the day, winning both the 60m (7.68) and the 200m (25.18). Dartmouth also saw wins on the track in the 60m hurdles (Abby Feeney, 8.94), 400m (Katy Sprout, 58.53), 500m (Marissa Evans, 1:16.80) and 1000m (Jennifer Cunningham, 2:58.34).
In that 1000m, the Green also claimed second (Marisa Magsarili, 2:59.16) and third (Abby Markowitz, 2:59.95), respectively.
On the infield, Dartmouth posted first-place showings in the triple jump (Molly Shapiro, 39-8.0/12.09m), high jump (Allison Frantz, 5-6.0/1.68m) and pole vault (Kaitlin McCallum, 12-5.50/3.80m).
Melissa Dunham was third in the shot put with a toss of 41-0.5/12.51m to her credit.
