PACIFIC PALISADES, Calif. – Dartmouth women's tennis sophomores
Abigail Chiu and
Madison Hwang concluded their journey at the Riviera/ITA Women's All-America Championship on Wednesday.
The Big Green doubles team played a consolation match against Texas Tech's Felicity Maltby and Nell Miller, falling to the Red Raiders, 8-2.
"Overall, it was good for us to compete at what is probably the strongest national event of the year," head coach
Bob Dallis said. "To go out and play some of the best players in the country showed us both where we are as players and a team and what we need to continue to work on to take Dartmouth to the next level."
The Big Green will return to New Haven, Connecticut, for the second time in the last two weeks for the ITA Northeast Regional Championship (Oct. 11-16).
