TULSA, Okla. – Dartmouth men's tennis junior
Charlie Broom concluded his ITA All-America journey on Friday, falling in his second-round singles match.
The match was close, but his opponent from South Carolina, Paul Jubb, won the match by a score of 6-4, 6-2.
"There is always great competition at this event and Charlie showed that he definitely belongs at this stage," head coach
Chris Drake said. "This was a good experience for him and he'll use it to keep improving on his game."
Broom and the rest of the Big Green squad will be on the road next week, heading to Princeton for the ITA Northeast Regional Championship (Oct. 11-16).
