CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Dartmouth men's tennis competed at Chowderfest, which was hosted by Harvard University from Friday, Sept. 18, – Sunday, Sept. 20.
Chowderfest Highlights:

First-year Dillon Beckles had an undefeated weekend in singles, going 3-0 with straight-set wins over Evan Sharygin (Harvard), Cole Oberg (Brown), and Jim Ji (Yale)
• First-year Enrique Collar recorded his first career collegiate singles win, coming back from a set down to defeat Jim Ji (Yale), 3-6, 6-3, 6-2.
"I thought it was a good weekend for our guys and a good chance to get some matches in early in the fall. Dillon had a great first weekend going 3-0 in singles, and it was awesome to see Enrique pick up his first college win," Assistant Coach
Nam Pham said. "I thought the guys competed hard all weekend, and it was a great way for us to start the fall."
Day One (Friday, September 18)
The Big Green picked up two victories, one in singles and one in doubles on the first day of Chowderfest.
In singles,
Dillon Beckles recorded the first collegiate win of his career with a 6-4, 7-6 (7) victory over Harvard's Evan Sharygin.
In doubles,
Kornel Halmos and
Enrique Collar defeated SMU, 6-2. It was the first collegiate win of Collar's career.
Day Two (Saturday, September 19)
Dartmouth recorded two victories in singles on the second day of Chowderfest.
Enrique Collar recorded a victory, that resulted in a three-set comeback of 3-6, 6-3, 6-2 over Yale's Jim Ji.
Dillon Beckles picked up a 6-3, 6-4 victory over Cole Oberg of Brown.
Day Three (Sunday, September 20)
The Big Green picked up three victories in singles play on the third day of Chowderfest.
Leo Pade recorded a 6-1, 6-3 victory over Harvard's David Wu, for his first win of the season.
Dillon Beckles picked up a victory over Yale's Jim Ji, 6-1, 7-5.
Kornel Halmos picked up a comeback victory over Harvard's Evan Sharygin, 6-7 (1), 7-6 (3), 10-7.

Dartmouth men's tennis will travel to Princeton, New Jersey for the Ted Farnsworth Invitational, hosted by Princeton, that will run from Friday, September 25 to Sunday, September 27.
