HANOVER, N.H. – Three men's tennis student-athletes have earned CSC Academic All-District honors, as announced by College Sports Communicators on Tuesday afternoon.
To qualify, student-athletes must have a minimum grade point average of 3.50 and play in 70% of matches that include team scores. This year's honorees include Miles Groom, Henry Ren and Leo Pade.
Groom, an economics major, went 23-7 in singles matches and 21-10 in doubles, alongside Ren, a psychology and biology major. The pair earned a ranking as high as 24th in the nation, according to ITA. On his own, Ren went 11-17 in singles matches. Pade, a sophomore, went 18-11 in singles matches, with five conference wins.
This marks Ren and Groom's second Academic All-District recognition, while Pade earns the distinction for the first time.
