HANOVER, N.H. – The Dartmouth women's track & field team came away from Saturday's home meet at Leverone Field House with a win.
The Big Green posted 170 points to defeat New Hampshire (157), Maine (133.5) and Vermont (103.5) in the first of just two home meets this season.
HIGHLIGHTS

Maria Garman won the pentathlon with 3572 points with freshman
Anoush Krafian taking second thanks to 3445 points. The two combined to add 16 team points to the Big Green's total and giving the home squad a good start to the day.
• Another dominating performance for the Green and White came in the high jump as
Abigail Burke (1.75m) took home the win and nine points thanks to clearing her height on the first try. Second place went to fellow freshman
Zoe Dainton who needed until her third try to clear 1.75m.
Camille Landon took third with a 1.73m, but due to the structure of the meet's scoring, did not register a point.

Nicole Deblasio was the winner of the 60m final, finishing in 7.79, three-hundredths of a second ahead of the second-place runner.
Folasade Akinfe was third in 7.94.
• Akinfe would find the top of the podium, though, as she won the triple jump thanks to an 11.91m on her fifth attempt. In all, she had the three best marks of any competitor with her last being far and away the top measurement.
• Deblasio also took the top spot in the 200m, finishing in 25.17 to secure another nine points.
• The 400m saw
Caroline Walter (59.07) and Elizabeth Wilson (59.33) not only go one-two in their heat, but also in the overall standings to add another 16 points to the Dartmouth total.

Lily Lockhart was the winner of the weight throw with her second of five throws proving to be the best at 16.04m.
Amelia Ali was second with a 14.99m.
• Lockhart wasn't done winning with just one event as she also took the top mark in the shot put thanks to a 13.81m on her fourth throw.
• In a race that featured just one Dartmouth runner in a field of 18,
Lauren Archer claimed second and seven points in the 3000m, crossing in 10:13.15.

Alexa Jennings was also second in the 800m in 2:18.54.
• The final event of the day was the 4x400m relay that saw Dartmouth take the top spot in 3:53.34.

The Big Green will now disperse for winter break, before reconvening for the 50th Annual Dartmouth Relays on Jan. 11-13 at Leverone.
