IVY OPENER / FREE BACON DAY
Dartmouth begins Ivy League play against defending conference champion Princeton on Saturday. These two programs have combined to win the last six conference championships, with the Big Green winning four. All fans will also receive free bacon.
LAST TIME OUT
- The Big Green fought back from two goals down at home against UConn to finish with a 2-2 draw.
- Jordan Bailon scored his first career goal and Tiger Graham sent home the equalizer in the next minute.
- UConn scored in the first half and early in the second to jump out to a 2-0 lead.
- Momentum shifted Dartmouth's way in the 63rd minute and Bailon cut the deficit in half off an assist from Kota Sakurai.
- Dawson McCartney then found Graham in the very next minute to even the score at two.
SCOUTING PRINCETON
- The Tigers have won four consecutive matches and come into Saturday afternoon with a 5-2-0 record.
- Princeton dropped its season opener at No. 5 Duke, then defeated Rider and fell to Loyola Maryland.
- Since then, they have rattled off four straight over Monmouth, Fairleigh Dickinson, Drexel and St. Joseph's.
- The Tigers are outscoring opponents 17-12 this season.
- Walker Gillespie leads the team with five goals and also has on assist for 11 points.
- Kevin O'Toole and Ryan Clare each have two goals and three assists.
- And Frankie DeRosa, Benjamin Martin and Truman Gelnovatch all have two goals as well.
AGAINST THE TIGERS
- Princeton owns the all-time series, 38-22-9, but it has been evenly matched in recent years.
- The Big Green hold a 9-6-4 record since 2000 and are 3-0-2 in the last four meetings.
- Last season, Dartmouth led 2-0 through the first 35 minutes of the match at Princeton, thanks to goals by McCartney and Matt Pickering. Princeton scored two quick goals after a red card and the Big Green kept the score even with 10 players in the second half.

- Other Big Green freshmen who have a point this season are Eric Sachleben with two assists, Clayton Molyer with one assist and Pedro Campos with one goal.
