Blasberg Falls in Quarterfinals of Individual Championships

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Junior Anne Blasberg competed for the Big Green in the College Squash Association (CSA) Individual Championships on Friday and finished 1-1 on the day with a quarterfinal exit.

In her first match against Sanna Koivumaki of St. Lawrence, Blasberg came away with a sweep. She won the three games, 11-4, 11-5 and 11-3.

From Boston, Mass., Blasberg then faced a challenging matchup against Vanessa Raj from Trinity in the quarterfinal. Blasberg was competitive in all three games, but fell, 11-8, 11-8 and 11-7.

With the loss in the Quarterfinal, the season comes to a close for the Dartmouth women's squash team.
