The Big Green face the best team in the Patriot League on Thursday

TUESDAY AT BU
Dartmouth heads to Boston for a midweek non-conference doubleheader at Boston University. This is the first out of conference matchup for the Big Green since March 20.
AT CORNELL
The Big Green won their second Ivy League series this season by taking two out of three at Cornell on Saturday and Sunday. Heather Turner earned both wins in the circle.
Cornell ran away with game one, winning 13-4 in five innings. The Big Red hit four home runs in the game, including three in the bottom of the fifth to walk it off. The runs for the Big Green came on a Billie McFadyen RBI single and a three RBI double by Micah Schroder.
Dartmouth rebounded and run-ruled Cornell, 16-1 in game two. Schroder, Calista Almer and Taylor Ward all had three hits, while McKenna Gray and Schae Nelson each had two hits. The Big Green scored 12 combined runs in the fourth and fifth innings.
The Big Green took the series with a 7-3 victory in game three. Dartmouth scored four runs in the fourth to put the game away. Gray had three hits with a home run and Schroder had two hits. Abby Shipley blasted a solo home run in the fifth.
SCOUTING BU
BU has had a strong season thus far going 28-17 overall and are in first place in the Patriot League at 11-1.
The Terriers are far and away the best pitching team in the Patriot League. They lead their conference in ERA (1.85), strikeouts (308), opponent batting average (.221) and shutouts (13).
Ali DuBois leads the team with a 19-8 record, a 1.30 ERA and 162 K's in 162.0 innings. She has thrown 16 complete games and eight shutouts.
Emily Grant has a 1.60 ERA, an 8-7 record and 128 strikeouts in 109.2 innings. She has thrown eight complete games with four shutouts.
BU is hitting .256 as a team which ranks fifth in the conference out of seven teams.
The Terriers are tied for the Patriot league lead with 25 home runs.
Emily Morrow (.311) and Alex Heinen (.301) are the only two members of the team batting over .300.

DARTMOUTH STATS
Micah Schroder went 7-8 at the plate against Cornell and raised her batting average to .477 which leads the Ivy League by .40 points. Schroder leads the league in slugging percentage (.873), on base percentage (.541), is second in the League with six home runs and 30 RBI and she is currently on a 10-game hitting streak.
Dartmouth is fourth in the Ivy league in hitting with a .279 team batting average and leads the conference with 12 triples.
Schae Nelson is tied for the conference lead with three triples.
