HANOVER, N.H. – Four members of the Dartmouth women's track & field team will be competing next weekend at the 2019 NCAA East Outdoor Regional.
The meet will be held at Hodges Stadium in Jacksonville and is hosted by the University of North Florida.
Cha'Mia Rothwell (100m hurdles),
Julia Stevenson (5000m),
Lauren Sapone (3000m steeplechase) and
Maria Garman (high jump) will all be representing the Big Green at the meet and looking to secure a spot in Austin, Texas, at the 2019 outdoor national championship meet.
The three-day meet begins on Thursday and continues through Saturday evening.
Garman is the lone Dartmouth woman competing on Thursday with her event planned for a 3:30 p.m. start. Rothwell will run at 4:40 p.m. on Friday and then again at 7:05 p.m. on Saturday were she to advance out of the first round. Sapone's 3000m steeplechase race is set for Friday at 8:20 p.m., while Stevenson will look to punch her ticket to nationals on Saturday night at 8:05 p.m.
