SCOUTING THE PANTHERS
- The Panthers have already played two games this season and are off to a hot start, having won both contests.
- Pittsburgh won its season opener, 5-4, over Loyola Marymount last Friday in a back-and-forth match. Trailing 4-3 with less than 10 minutes to go, the Panthers scored twice to seal the victory. Â

- Pittsburgh is outscoring opponents 6-4 through its first two games and are led by Amanda West, who has four goals.
- Athalie Palomo and Juliana Vazquez each have a goal, while Anna Rico leads the team with three assists.
SCOUTING THE ORANGE
- Syracuse will have also played two matches before it meets Dartmouth for their first road game on Sunday. The Orange first defeated Colgate, 1-0, and face Siena Thursday night.
- All it took was a goal in the 67th minute by Laurel Ness to secure the victory over Colgate. Â
- The Orange controlled the tempo by firing 10 shots with four on goal in the first half and five more in the first 22 minutes of the second half before the ball found the back of the net.

- Dartmouth holds the all-time series, 5-2-1 and has not lost to the Orange since 2004.
- The two teams met each other every year from 1998-2006.
